City got back to winning ways with a 6-0 win over the Foxes to move 11 points clear at the WSL summit.

The Blues came into the tie looking for a response after our 1-0 defeat to Arsenal last time out, and we more than delivered with a devastating display of attacking football.

Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw gave us the lead midway through the first half and, despite the visitors twice striking the woodwork before the break, we went in four goals ahead.

Vivianne Miedema grabbed a brace to put the game out of sight, before Yui Hasegawa made it four as half-time approached.

Kerolin then added a fifth with a powerful drive from distance, before Aoba Fujino completed the scoring after coming off the bench.

We were at our attacking best, and have now found the net 47 times in just 16 WSL games this season.
