The Blues signed Pedro from Brighton last summer in a deal worth up to £60m, and he’s had a very good first season so far.
The Brazilian has scored 19 goals in all competitions, with 14 of those coming in the Premier League, and he’s very much in the running to be Chelsea’s Player of the Season.
Pedro has arguably been the only player to show significant improvements since Rosenior replaced Enzo Maresca in January.
Rosenior has said he wouldn’t swap Pedro for any striker in world football, and the 24-year-old is aiming to become the first Chelsea striker to score 20 league goals in the league since Diego Costa.
Pedro has made the number nine position his own, with Liam Delap struggling following his move from Ipswich, and he’s offered little in the way of competition.
The Brazil international believes he’s having one of the best seasons of his life, and revealed why he’s enjoying his time under Rosenior.
“I enjoy a lot my time with Liam [Rosenior] because he gives me the freedom to do what I’m good at,” he told Chelsea’s website.
