Kamanzi strikes off bench as Toulouse derail Lyon's top-three push

Toulouse beat Lyon 2-1 at the Stadium de Toulouse, dropping the visitors from third to fourth in Ligue 1.

In the 10th minute, Dayann Methalie swept a left-footed finish into the bottom corner after Yann Gboho's pass to put the hosts ahead.

Before the break, Dominik Greif twice denied Santiago Hidalgo, while Guillaume Restes smothered Endrick from close range as the game opened up.

After the restart, Corentin Tolisso levelled with a close-range header from Endrick's cross (71.). Substitute Waren Hakon Christofer Kamanzi then restored the lead from Hidalgo's cut-back (78.).

Aron Donnum received a second yellow and was sent off (79.), but Toulouse held firm through six minutes of added time.

Toulouse registered 14 attempts with six on target and won seven corners. Les Gones had 61.4% possession and 18 attempts, but worked Restes only three times.
