Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick on Monday organised a sit-down meeting between he and his staff, at a restaurant in Catalunya’s capital.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have provided an insight into the details of the situation.

Flick, for his part, has not been shy in making clear his dissatisfaction with Barcelona’s start to the new campaign.

After each of his side’s first three fixtures, the German publicly expressed his unhappiness with the level of performance produced by his players.

Flick has repeatedly highlighted the need for togetherness and a collective attitude when discussing what the Blaugrana need to improve.

And as alluded to above, on Monday, the former Bayern Munich boss did his part to work on these very factors amongst his own staff.

As per a report from MD:

‘The Barça manager gathered his staff at the Can Ferran restaurant in Sant Quirze del Vallès for a banquet to kick off this season, something he did several times last season. The German and his teammates traveled after training at the Ciutat Esportiva de Sant Joan Despí.’

As many as 30 Barca staff members are understood to have been in attendance at the meal, with the most noteworthy having come in the form of Thiago Alcântara, set to be unveiled as the latest addition to the coaching setup in Catalunya at any moment.
