Sunday’s reports claim that sides in Turkiye are beginning to step forwards for unwanted Juventus winger Edon Zhegrova, who will be allowed to leave the club after just one season.
Zhegrova joined Juventus on the final day of the summer transfer window in 2025, signing on a permanent deal at a cost of €15m plus up to €3m in bonuses.
Reports claim that Zhegrova was a player wanted specifically by former Juventus CEO Damien Comolli, who has since been replaced by Giovanni Carnevali at the top of the Bianconeri hierarchy.
Zhegrova had suffered a major adductor injury in the January before he joined Juventus, which kept him sidelined for the entirety of the second half of the 2024-25 season.
That injury clearly had an impact on his start to life in Turin, and in the end, the Kosovar was only able to play for 366 minutes across 19 appearances in Serie A, all of which came off the bench.

With Comolli now gone, Juventus are expected to listen to any offers that come in for Zhegrova during the summer transfer window.
According to the latest updates from TMW, some clubs in Turkiye are beginning to show an interest in picking up the 27-year-old in a low-cost deal. Trabzonspor have reportedly been in contact with Juve to request information surrounding Zhegrova.
No formal talks have taken place just yet, but Sunday’s report claims that there is a good chance that the two clubs decide to proceed with negotiations.
