Alexander Bah and Richard Ríos return to training before Santa Clara v Benfica | OneFootball

Alexander Bah and Richard Ríos have returned to the pitch with Benfica’s first team, integrating training on a limited basis. According to Glorioso 1904, the pair are back with the group ahead of the trip to Santa Clara.

The squad trained on Wednesday at Seixal to prepare for the 22nd round fixture in Liga Portugal Betclic. Only Nuno Félix and João Veloso were absent from the session on the pitch.

Neither Bah nor Ríos is expected to be in contention in the Azores. Bah is only due to return to competition in March, while Ríos has his comeback targeted for the Real Madrid ties in the Champions League.

Dodi Lukebakio also remains out of immediate selection. His availability is anticipated for the AFS SAD match on 21 February, so he will miss Santa Clara.

Santa Clara, coached by Petit, host Benfica at Estádio de São Miguel on Friday 13 February at 18:30 in the Azores.
