Malian international El-Bilal Touré is set to join Besiktas this summer. The Turkish club has officially announced negotiations with the player.

After a spell at Almeria, El-Bilal Touré made the move to Atalanta Bergamo for €30 million. Loaned to Stuttgart last season, the Malian forward is now set for a new adventure in Turkey. Indeed, in a brief statement, Besiktas confirmed that negotiations have begun for the loan signing of El-Bilal Touré along the Bosphorus this summer.

"Beşiktaş Futbol A.Ş. has informed KAP that negotiations have begun for the transfer of professional footballer El Bilal Touré. The statement sent by Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. to the public disclosure platform reads as follows: 'Negotiations have been initiated with the player and his club Atalanta Bergamo regarding the temporary transfer of professional footballer El Bilal Touré with a conditional purchase option.'" the statement reads.
