The full qualification calendar for AFCON 2027

The 36th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2027) will be hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania from June 19, 2027 to July 18, 2027.

A total of 48 nations will take part in the qualifiers, including the reigning champions, Senegal.

In addition to the 42 teams directly qualified for the group stage, 12 more nations will battle it out for the remaining six spots in the preliminary round.
