A supercomputer has tipped Leicester City to bounce straight back by winning League One next season with 93 points after back-to-back relegations.
According to LeicesterMercury.co.uk, City are clear favourites for promotion alongside Sheffield Wednesday and Oxford United.
It will be only the third time the club have played in the third tier. Russell Martin's side begin with a trip to Notts County on 15 August after Thursday's fixture release.
The model, produced by Parimatch UK, simulates every match and predicts exact scorelines. It projects 27 wins, 12 draws and seven defeats from 46 games to top the table. Sheffield Wednesday are forecast to finish second on 88 points.
Stockport County, last season's play-off runners-up, are backed to go up via the play-offs by beating Luton Town. Cambridge United, Burton Albion, AFC Wimbledon and Bromley are tipped for relegation.
