Chiefs youngster signs for PSL side

Kaizer Chiefs starlet Vicky Mkhawana has signed for Motsepe Foundation Championship outfit Kruger United on loan.
The 20-year-old playmaker came through the club's youth structures, and was an a mainstay in the Dstv Diski Challenge (DDC) team.
Mkhawana put pen to paper on a professional deal at Chiefs in July 2023, with his contract at Naturena is set to expire at the end of the ongoing campaign.
The attacking midfielder is yet to make his first-team debut in the famous Black and Gold jersey of the Soweto giants.
A former South Africa under-17 international with three goals in four caps, Mkhawana will be relishing the opportunity to gain senior football experience and minutes under his belt.
Kruger United sit third with 29 points from 16 matches in the second tier, trailing log leaders Milford with a single point.
Mkhawana will be itching to make his debut for the club when they visit the University of Pretoria in the capital on Sunday, 02 February.
