Leeds United are set to land Harry Wilson after the 29-year-old agreed a move to Elland Road, subject to a medical and paperwork, ahead of their second season back in the Premier League. A deadline-day switch from Fulham collapsed last summer, but his contract there expires this summer. Leeds faced stiff competition for the winger following an exceptional 2025-26 campaign, and he is poised to become the first arrival of the window.

“Harry Wilson is an exceptional talent and would have had a host of teams trying to sign him,” said Snodgrass. He was speaking to talkSPORT BET Sportsbook.

“He is that sort of inside-right with great ability. I think it would be a statement signing because Leeds play with their full-backs high, and he would complement them by coming inside and doing his work inside the park.”
