Real Madrid are not expected to make any moves in the upcoming January transfer window, barring the exit of Endrick.

Although the club do not understand Xabi Alonso’s decision not to play the Brazilian, they have accepted the player’s request for a six-month loan exit.

Endrick wants to secure regular game-time during the second half of the season in order to seal a place in the Brazil squad for the upcoming FIFA 2026 World Cup.

The youngster was widely expected to join Olympique Lyon after the turn of the year, but it appears a new set of suitors has emerged in the race to sign the Real Madrid star.

Liverpool and Tottenham emerge as suitors

As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Premier League giants Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have emerged as potential suitors for Endrick heading into the January transfer window.

Both clubs are desperately looking for attacking reinforcements, with Liverpool, in particular, struggling due to the injury of Alexander Isak.

As a result, they have set their sights on Endrick, who could fancy the idea of playing for one of the biggest teams in Europe.

Tottenham are another club emerging as a suitor for the young Brazilian, especially after one of their former players, Sandro, urged the club to sign the Real Madrid star.

“He needs to come to Tottenham. We’re going to help him, and he’ll help us too. I need to call him.

“I think it would be good for Endrick, but any big Premier League club like Tottenham, and especially Tottenham, that can guarantee him a game where he can express himself and be happy, that’s where he needs to go,” Sandro said in a recent interview.

The coming weeks, therefore, could prove to be interesting as Real Madrid look to finalise the loan deal for Endrick.
