According to L'Équipe, Monaco performance director Yann Le Meur could be removed from his role in the near future, with the possibility linked to the spate of injuries that has hit the squad in recent months.
The Paris-born 45-year-old has come under scrutiny as the Principality club have grappled with prolonged fitness problems.
Monaco had up to 12 players sidelined during the winter, with numerous muscular issues.
Against Angers on Saturday at seven pm, eight players will still be unavailable because of physical issues.
Those setbacks recently prompted the club to commission an audit, followed by a slight reorganisation. Technical director Carlos Aviña has since seen his remit broadened, including oversight of the performance and medical departments.
