Joyful Christmas party at Säbener Straße | OneFootball

On Thursday, FC Bayern's club grounds on Säbener Straße were transformed into a festive stage as around 1,200 employees attended the German record champions’ Christmas party to look back on a successful year together and get into the spirit of the upcoming holidays in a warm atmosphere.

President Herbert Hainer, CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen, board member for sport Max Eberl, sporting director Christoph Freund as well men’s first team coach Vincent Kompany took the opportunity to personally celebrate with the staff. The women’s team, led by director Bianca Rech and coach José Barcala, were also there and added to the party atmosphere.

In his speech, Dreesen expressly thanked all employees for their tireless efforts. “We’ve had a very exciting anniversary year with many special moments. We won the Bundesliga title again and are still in all three competitions going into the new year,’ he said, before directly addressing the employees: “Without you, the success that the team and we as a club have achieved would not be possible. That’s why we would like to express our sincere thanks.”

The celebration offered an opportunity for lots of personal conversations and a joyful end to the year. With it, FC Bayern underlined once again how important togetherness and appreciation are at the club – and looks ahead with great anticipation to the upcoming tasks in the new year.
