Napoli will get a clearer idea of the muscular injuries on Monday, but Matteo Politano and Amir Rrahmani are certainly out of the Champions League trip to FC Copenhagen.
The pair limped off the field during yesterday’s 1-0 victory over Sassuolo, both suffering from muscular problems.
Tests have been prepared for Monday, at which point the medical staff will have a better idea of the extent of the damage and how long they will be out for.
It is believed to be a flexor issue for both Rrahmani and Politano, who pulled up clutching the back of their thighs.

Meanwhile, Sky Sport Italia warn both are certainly out of the upcoming Champions League tie against FC Copenhagen on Tuesday evening.
They are also major doubts for next weekend’s Serie A clash with Juventus.

It only adds to the crisis for Antonio Conte, who is already missing Romelu Lukaku, Kevin De Bruyne, Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa, Billy Gilmour and Alex Meret.
This also represents a relapse for Rrahmani, as the defender picked up a similar femoral bicep issue on international duty for Kosovo on September 8 and was out for almost two months.
The good news is that Eljif Elmas will be available, as he went off against Sassuolo with flu symptoms.
