Sky Germany reports that Stuttgart have accepted a €23 million offer from Brighton for Chema Andrés, with Real Madrid set to receive half of the fee.

The 21-year-old central midfielder is in line to complete a late move to the Premier League club.

The agreement also includes a sell-on clause in Stuttgart’s favour.

Real Madrid could have activated a buyback clause worth around €10 million but opted against it, and will instead receive €11.5 million, half of the agreed fee.

Chema joined Stuttgart from Real Madrid in the summer of 2025 for €3 million, and has made 41 appearances, scoring four goals and providing two assists.
