Corinthians talks over Fiel Torcedor and Arena ticketing stall as Ticketmaster withdraws | OneFootball

According to ge.globo, Corinthians have been in talks in recent months with Ticketmaster and Ingresse to run Fiel Torcedor, ticketing and the facial recognition system at Neo Química Arena.

Ticketmaster proposed advances of R$100 million in year one and R$150 million in year two, plus R$40 million in sponsorship, on a five-year contract. Hours after the terms became public, the company withdrew the offer citing lack of confidentiality.

It also offered a bespoke fan-experience platform integrated with major events, lighting upgrades at Fazendinha to host concerts and other large events, and a museum at Neo Química Arena.

Ingresse’s bid offers R$400 million in advances, R$100 million upfront and up to R$300 million linked to ticket sales and Fiel Torcedor over five years. Fees would be 6% on ticketing and tiered 5% to 10% on Fiel Torcedor.

Since June 2025, after ending its Bepass S.A deal, Corinthians have worked with Ligatech on access control at Neo Química Arena and Parque São Jorge, rapidly installing facial biometrics to meet the Lei Geral do Esporte for venues above 20,000 capacity. The club plans to expand registration at Parque São Jorge with turnstiles already reserved.

One Fan remains in charge of Fiel Torcedor, ticketing and the Universo SCCP app, and financial terms have not been disclosed.

Corinthians host Red Bull Bragantino on Thursday at 20:00 in the second round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. The game will also debut Fiel Torcedor changes, with double points after stadium check-in and a cashback system.
