Florent Hadergjonaj converted a penalty in the 40th minute and later set up the third as Alanyaspor beat Kayserispor 3-1. The Kosovo international's interventions swung the game.
The spot kick was struck low into the bottom left, arriving after a handball was penalised. It restored control before the interval and shifted momentum towards the hosts.
After the restart he kept posing problems, seeing a right-footed effort from the centre blocked (50.). He then supplied the cut-back for Ibrahim Kaya to rifle into the top right corner (61.).
Hadergjonaj finished with one goal and one assist, two key passes and 11 successful final third passes, underlining how he linked play high up the pitch. He also recorded four touches in the box, consistently advancing beyond the midfield line.
By repeatedly progressing the ball in advanced areas and delivering with accuracy when it mattered, he stretched Kayserispor and provided the end product Alanyaspor needed in decisive moments.
Alanyaspor visit Fatih Karagümrük next, while Kayserispor host Konyaspor.
