Leicester City have set an asking price of £10m for defender Ben Nelson, who is on the radar of Torino.
Leicester City are preparing for a busy summer window under new boss Russell Martin following back-to-back relegations.
Whilst a point deduction didn’t help the Foxes last season, it was an embarrassing campaign for the Midlands outfit, who dropped to the third tier for just the second time in their history.
Given the size of the club, and the resources available to Martin, Leicester will be expected to win promotion back at the first attempt.

However, there is a lot of work to do to the squad over the coming weeks, and whilst Martin and the recruitment team will be focused on incomings, it’s inevitable that some big players will depart.
And, one player who is attracting interest from elsewhere is Ben Nelson.
The centre-back came through the ranks at Leicester, where he was highly-rated, and after several loan spells, Nelson was given a chance in the Championship last season, as he made 24 appearances.
Even though it ended in disappointment for Leicester, Nelson put himself on the radar of Torino, with the Italian side looking to do a deal for the 21-year-old, although their first offer has been turned down.
According to Telegraph reporter John Percy - via transfer guru Fabrizio Romano - the Foxes are determined to hold out for a big fee for the academy graduate, as they are seeking £10m for the defender.
He adds that Borussia Mönchengladbach have also checked on Nelson in this window, with the player entering the final year of his deal at the King Power Stadium.
In truth, it’s unlikely that Leicester will receive £10m for Nelson, but it shows they are serious about demanding a hefty sum for one of their most exciting players.

Obviously, there is a risk that Nelson lets his contract run down, and whilst the club would be entitled to compensation, it’s going to make much more sense for Leicester to agree a fee in this window if possible.
From Nelson’s perspective, the chance to move to Torino is going to appeal, and it’s easy to see why he wants to test himself in Serie A.
But, it’s all about the money, and Torino will need to get much closer to Leicester’s demands if they are to make this happen. Otherwise, it would be no surprise if rival interest emerges, as many will recognise that Nelson is a talented youngster with the potential to go a long way in the game.
It’s a shame for Leicester that they could lose a talent like that, but successive relegations were always going to have a negative impact.
The one positive from any sale is that it should give Martin more room to work in the market, as he looks to bring in players that suit his style of play.
As you would expect, this was a talking point among the Leicester fans, and this fan made it clear they think the club should have been building around Nelson this season...
Yet, it was pointed out that Nelson is effectively forcing the hand of the club to sell him due to his contract situation.
Meanwhile, this supporter understood that this was always going to be a consequence for Leicester following their relegation to League One.
