Franck Haise extends Rennes contract to 2028

Rennes announced on Friday that head coach Franck Haise has extended his contract until 2028 at least.

Haise, 55, took charge in February after the end of his spell at OGC Nice, replacing Habib Beye, who left for Marseille. His original deal ran to 2027 and has been lengthened by one year.

Across his first months in the job, he guided the club to sixth in Ligue 1, securing direct qualification for the Europa League.

His record so far with Rennes is eight wins, one draw and three defeats.

Haise previously worked in the club’s academy from 2006 to 2012.
