Blindkilde Brown’s year-on-year City growth

Laura Blindkilde Brown and Aoba Fujino were both key figures in our march to the Double in 2025/26 - our most successful season to date.

Two of our most capped players last term, Head Coach Andrée Jeglertz showed immense trust in the young, hard-working duo as they shone all over the pitch.

And on top of lifting their first ever pieces of silverware with the Club, the pair have been rewarded for their efforts with four-year extensions, as City look to build on last year’s exploits ahead of our return to UEFA Women’s Champions League football.

CITY V ARSENAL: GET YOUR TICKETS NOW! As well as linking up seamlessly on the pitch, the duo are also close friends off it, regularly spotted laughing and joking away from the pitch and during rest periods in training. It therefore seemed rather fitting to get them together for a photoshoot to celebrate their special news together!
