Jamal Musiala will miss Bayern Munich’s Bundesliga opener against Stuttgart on Friday, though he is reacting well to an adjusted treatment.

Vincent Kompany said on Thursday that Musiala would train with the team that day but would not be in the matchday squad on Friday. He added the 23-year-old is responding well to adjustments to his medical treatment and that decisions are being taken with expert input. A return is expected at some point.
