The attacking midfielder, from El Palomar, has started the campaign with assurance after a strong pre-season. He can also operate wide, and his recent strike underlined his determination on the ball.
Asked about his role, Durá said he prefers to play centrally with licence to drift wide, though he is happy to feature wherever the coach chooses. He added that he felt very comfortable in his latest outing.
He collected possession on the flank, beat two defenders and drove into the box before guiding the ball into the corner through an opponent’s legs, all under the eye of Braulio Vázquez in the Antonio Puchades stands.
Durá described a senior debut as a reward for the daily work done with the reserves, and said that if the opportunity arrives he would be delighted to take it.
