Lazio could consider offers for Reda Belahyane and Petar Ratkov, with both yet to convince in Rome.
According to The Laziali, the pair are training under Gennaro Gattuso in pre-season, but neither is viewed as integral to his plans. A proposal from Türkiye for Belahyane could arrive in the coming days, and he is yet to receive an offer from Italy. Ratkov could make way for a new centre-forward after a poor outing against the Primavera.
Belahyane, a Moroccan midfielder developed at OGC Nice, spent a year at Hellas Verona before a €10 million move to Lazio in February 2025. He has struggled for minutes, even when Maurizio Sarri’s midfield options were thin last season.
He has made only 20 appearances in his 18 months at the club, most from the bench, and registered two assists.
Ratkov joined in January 2026 as a direct replacement for Tary Castellanos, who left for West Ham United. After decent numbers at RB Salzburg, he has yet to score for the Aquile, logging 228 minutes across eight matches.
Ratkov, 22, cost €13 million six months ago, so a similar figure would be needed for a permanent sale. Otherwise a temporary move could be explored.
