Rafa Leão scored the first Rossoneri goal of this World Cup for Portugal, who on the second matchday of Group K beat Uzbekistan 5-0. A brace from Cristiano Ronaldo - the first player to have scored in six different World Cups - and a free-kick goal from Nuno Mendes put Portugal firmly in control. Then in the second half, Nematov scored an own-goal. Rafa came on in the second half and capped off the victory with a fifth in the 87th minute. The win sends Portugal to the top of their group on 4 points. Luka Modrić's Croatia also came away with a win, who beat Panama 1-0 in Toronto, thanks to Budimir's goal in the second half. It was a special night for the Croatian skipper, who made his 200th appearance for his National team. Portugal and Croatia will be back in action on the night of June 27-28 for their final group stage matches.
