Leeds United have made their first summer signing, bringing in Harry Wilson after his Fulham exit, as rivals get moving. Ipswich Town have landed a young Brazilian forward in a club-record £24m transfer.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Arsenal have added Illan Meslier on a free and Piero Hincapie for £25m, with Jakub Kiwior joining Porto and Karl Hein moving to Werder Bremen. Samuel Onyekachukwu is among eight further releases.

Aston Villa have agreed a pre-contract for Modou Keba Cisse. Sil Swinkels and Louie Barry have joined Sheffield Wednesday, and Kadan Young has moved to Annecy on loan.

Bournemouth are yet to make a signing, and Marco Rose is the new head coach. Marcos Senesi has joined Tottenham, and Luis Sinisterra has completed a permanent move to Cruizeiro. Andoni Iraola is now Liverpool head coach.

Brighton have signed Pascal Struijk for £18m and Zadok Yohanna for £21.5m, while Jan Paul van Hecke has joined Tottenham for £52m and James Milner has retired. Chelsea have appointed Xabi Alonso, added Marco Palestra and Geovany Quenda, and sold Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid.
