Daniel Farke has juggled injuries all season. Leeds visit Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium this weekend without Daniel James and Sean Longstaff, who are unlikely to return before the New Year.

James suffered a hamstring tendon issue in last month’s 2-1 defeat at Manchester City, while Longstaff is sidelined by a calf problem. According to Sky Sports data, Leeds have had more injuries than any other Premier League side this season.

Lukas Nmecha missed Saturday’s 3-3 draw against Liverpool with a hamstring strain. Farke hopes the physical striker will be fit to face the Bees.

Lucas Perri, Noah Okafor, Anton Stach and Sebastiaan Bornauw have also spent spells out. The current picture is not too bleak, but the numbers underline the challenges Farke has managed.

The latest figures set out how many injuries each club has sustained this season.
