Leeds United are making a late push to sign Eintracht Frankfurt winger Jean-Mattéo Bahoya, who could still depart the Bundesliga in the final hours of the window.

The Athletic and Sky Sports report that Leeds are working on a deadline-day deal. Hull City came closest, but the 21-year-old is said to have declined the newly promoted club, who have begun the campaign with a couple of wins.

The Premier League club, coached by the German Daniel Farke, have returned to the market after losing out to Tottenham Hotspur for Mykhailo Mudryk on loan.

The French winger has been linked with multiple Premier League clubs. He has scored seven goals in 78 appearances for Frankfurt since joining from Angers in January 2024.

With only hours left in the window, a move remains possible but not guaranteed.
