Lyon predicted XI vs Fenerbahçe: Paulo Fonseca’s side near full strength for Champions League qualifier | OneFootball

Having drawn in Turkiye last week (1-1), Olympique Lyonnais will look to secure their qualification for the UEFA Champions League proper when they welcome Fenerbahçe on Wednesday night. Paulo Fonseca has an almost full-strength side at his disposal for the fixture.

Khalis Merah is the only injury-related absence for Lyon. Julien Duranville is an absentee from the squad, although this is a purely sporting decision made by the Portuguese manager. OL are not expected to make big changes for the encounter. Lois Openda will once again lead the line, whilst Malick Fofana and Ernest Nuamah are expected to start on the wings.

Corentin Tolisso will captain the side in midfield, and he will feature alongside Tyler Morton and Tanner Tessmann. It is expected to be Ruben Kluivert who partners Moussa Niakhaté at centre-back.
