Meanwhile, German heavyweights Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also said to be keeping a close eye on the 19-year-old’s progress.

Real Madrid’s arch-rivals, FC Barcelona, are also believed to be interested in the young winger, who was recently called up to the German national team.

El Mala has a contract with Koln that runs until the summer of 2030 and has no release clause. The young winger is fully focused on doing well with his current team at the moment and there are no negotiations taking place between the Bundesliga outfit and any other club.

However, should the youngster’s development continue in a similar manner, top teams, including Real Madrid, could be lining up for him come summer.
