Marseille launch Powered by Marseille network, partner with Gimnàstic de Tarragona | OneFootball

Olympique de Marseille have launched Powered by Marseille, an international network to structure overseas partnerships, and named Gimnàstic de Tarragona as the first member.

The club said in a statement that the programme will organise and strengthen its sporting and economic ties abroad.

It is designed to share Marseille’s expertise, identity and methodologies in support of sustainable projects with partners who share similar values. The network will serve as the reference framework for all of the club’s international collaborations, whether sporting, economic or territorial.

Core strands include exchanging best practice in coaching and player development, alongside support for business and growth projects that enhance the appeal of clubs and their regions.

Marseille present Gimnàstic de Tarragona, who play in Spain’s third division, as a historic institution rooted in its locality with a clear development vision, aligned with the initiative’s values and ambitions.

Cooperation will take the form of joint actions in Spain, including shared sporting expertise, technical exchanges and events aimed at boosting the Catalan club’s growth, visibility and engagement locally and nationally.
