Monaco predicted XI v OGC Nice: Sunderland loanee Simon Adingra set for first start

Simon Adingra is set for his first start in an AS Monaco as they prepare to take on OGC Nice in the Côte d’Azur derby, at the Allianz Riviera, on Sunday afternoon.

Adingra made his Monaco debut in a 3-1 defeat to RC Strasbourg Alsace in the Coupe de France in midweek. He came off the bench in what was a promising cameo, and he is now set to start ahead of Aleksandr Golovin on the left.

There is a return to the squad for Wout Faes, who has recovered from the minor ankle injury that he sustained, however, he is not expected to start for the Principality club, who remain without Lukas Hradecky, Eric Dier, Christian Mawissa, Kassoum Ouattara, Mohammed Salisu, Pape Cabral, Takumi Minamino, Paul Pogba, and Ansu Fati.
