Nottingham Forest ‘to submit’ final André Luiz bid worth £13m plus three million add-ons | OneFootball

Nottingham Forest have issued an ultimatum to Corinthians over André Luiz and signalled a final offer. According to Meu Timao, the bid is £13 million guaranteed plus three million pounds in bonuses for 70% of the midfielder’s rights.

Corinthians had been seeking a £21 million package, but financial pressure could force a climbdown. The club need to raise up to R$ 151 million from player rights by season’s end.

Despite falling short of their initial valuation, Corinthians are pushing to keep André until the end of 2026, aiming to avoid a key absence before the Libertadores quarter-finals against Estudiantes of Argentina.

A bridge via Olympiacos, who share owner Evangelos Marinakis with Forest, is also being explored. In that scenario, André would remain at Corinthians until December, then join Greek football through to July 2027.

Forest want a swift resolution, as the Premier League window closes on one September, next Monday. A switch executed through Olympiacos would have until 15 September.

In February, Milan tabled an offer for André that could reach €17 million, about R$ 104 million at the time, but Corinthians kept him.

He debuted for the first team in September 2025 in a 1-0 win over Fluminense. He has 47 appearances, 31 starts, seven goals and two assists, and was part of the 2025 Copa do Brasil and 2026 Supercopa do Brasil winners. A starter this season under Fernando Diniz, he sustained a grade two hamstring injury on six August, but began ball work with physios last Wednesday.
