Official | Metz loan Moroccan international right-back Sofiane Alakouch to Lausanne-Sport

As confirmed by the club, struggling Ligue 1 side Metz have sent Morocco international right-back Sofiane Alakouch to Swiss Super League side Lausanne-Sport on loan for the rest of the season.

The 23-year-old, despite struggling with competition from one of the league’s best full-backs in Fabien Centonze, has been surprisingly underused and played just four Ligue 1 games since he arrived from Nîmes last year, despite having previously impressed in Ligue 1 previously for Les Crocs.
