Leeds sit eighth in the early table. Opta’s projection has Arsenal first on 74 points, Manchester City second on 68 and Liverpool third on 61.

Chelsea are forecast fourth on 56, with Brighton fifth on 55 and Manchester United sixth, also on 55.
