Manchester United travel to London to face Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow at lunchtime in bid to extend their unbeaten run to five games.

The Red Devils have an unwanted record at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium that they are hoping to erase when they face Thomas Frank’s side.

The last time Manchester United got an away win on the road to Spurs was in October 2021 when they beat the Lilywhites 3-0 in the Premier League.

October Manager of the Month Ruben Amorim’s men are their best run under the Portuguese manager, as they enter the match undefeated in four games since he took over at Old Trafford.

United head into matchday 11 following wins over Sunderland, Liverpool and Brighton before a 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest. They currently sit eighth in the Premier League table.

The visitors are winless in their last seven meetings with Spurs in all competitions, having drawn two and lost five. The last side to win five in a row against Manchester United was Liverpool between 2000 and 2002.

Amorim will be without centre-back Lisandro Martínez as he is still recovering from a knee injury, while Harry Maguire will also be a doubt after picking up a knock in their win over Brighton.

Meanwhile, hosts Tottenham Hotspur enter the clash on the back of an impressive 4-0 win over Copenhagen in the Champions League, after suffering a 1-0 loss to rivals Chelsea in the Premier League.

Spurs completed the double over visitors Manchester United last season and Thomas Frank’s men have an almost perfect record at home against Manchester United and are unbeaten against them since 2021.

Overall, the sides have met 205 times with United winning 96, Spurs winning 58 and pair drawing 51.

Of course, this is also a repeat of last season’s Europa League final, in which Spurs came out on top.

The Lilywhites lifted their first ever European trophy after Brennan Johnson scored the only goal of the match in Bilbao.

A win for sides will see one of them climb into second of the Premier League table ahead of the rest of weekend’s action.

The match will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1 with kick-off 12:30 BST.
