PSG’s Ligue 1 match against Rennes will now be played at Roazhon Park on Sunday at 20.45, and supporters who bought seats for the Parc des Princes are awaiting instructions on what happens to their tickets.

According to L'Équipe, PSG emailed affected fans on Thursday to say their Parc des Princes ticket will not grant entry to Sunday’s game in Brittany, and that the club is awaiting the competitions commission’s ruling on the return leg venue.

Ticket-management steps will be confirmed once that decision is known. If the return fixture on 6 March is staged in Paris, as PSG have requested, those original tickets should remain valid for anyone who wishes to attend.

Some supporters have nevertheless arranged trips to Brittany for the weekend, and the away allocation is already close to selling out.

Tickets bought through Rennes’ official ticket office will be refunded in the coming days.
