According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, former Leeds United defender Rasmus Kristensen has sealed a €6m move to FC Midtjylland, taking him back to Denmark.
The Danish right-back joined Leeds from Red Bull Salzburg for £10m in June 2022, then departed after relegation the following summer. He joined AS Roma on a season-long loan.
He then moved to Eintracht Frankfurt the following summer, initially on loan with a view to a permanent deal. He completed a permanent switch in May 2025, ending his Leeds spell.
The transfer to Midtjylland is said to be driven by personal reasons, and Eintracht have respected his wishes.
A medical has already been completed.
