On Saturday night, in the absence of Kylian Mbappé, Vinicius Jr bagged a brace against Real Sociedad. The Brazilian had more than enough to win over his coach Alvaro Arbeloa.
Vinícius Jr was the driving force behind Madrid's victory over Real Sociedad (4-1) on Saturday night. The Brazilian winger carried Real on his shoulders, winning a penalty and then converting two to seal the match.
In his post-match press conference, Alvaro Arbeloa did not hide his admiration for his number 7. "I've seen a great Vini since day one. He's one of the best players in the world. He's an incredible talent, and I'm lucky to have him." he said.
