We are looking for the Content Creators of tomorrow with A1

Is your dream to launch a career as a content creator? Then this is your chance! Talent development isn't just a priority for us on the pitch: together with our premium partner A1, we want to support young talents off the field as well to help them reach the next level.

In our newly founded Creator Academy, we are offering aspiring creators from the Salzburg area the perfect platform to become part of a strong community and produce compelling content for their own channels. Whether you already have a loyal following or are just starting out: what matters to us is your passion for great content and your love of football!

What to expect in our Creator Academy

Access to the world of FC Red Bull Salzburg: Fulfill your very own content ideas on topics such as football, fashion, lifestyle, food & more. Whether it's trendy challenges with our players, exclusive behind-the-scenes insights from match days/events, or entertaining snackable content with our up-and-coming talents – there are virtually no limits to your creativity
Mentoring from our qualified media team: Receive valuable tips, feedback, and insights into the professional planning, execution, and distribution of viral content formats.
Provision of video and audio equipment for recording your content
Long-term perspectives: The most promising creators will have the unique opportunity to join FC Red Bull Salzburg's newly established creator community and continuously collaborate on joint content projects.

What you need

Some initial experience in content creation.
To be comfortable in front of the camera and have a confident demeanour.
To live in or near Salzburg.
To be at least 16 years old.
To have the necessary basic technical equipment for recording and processing video and audio content.
To have an affinity for football and social media.
To enjoy working in a team and have a high level of commitment, initiative, and creativity.
To be highly motivated and flexible with your time – short-notice assignments (including weekends) are no problem for you.

How the Creator Academy works

Send your complete application documents.
If your application is successful: Our media team will contact you and develop a content concept
Invitation to a filming session and joint implementation of the content concept.
Independent editing of the recorded content and ongoing feedback from our media team.
Approval of the final content by our media team and publication on your social media channels (possibly as a co-post with the official FC Red Bull Salzburg accounts).

How to apply

Send us your application with the following documents by email to socialmedia@redbullsalzburg.at by 30 August 2026 at the latest.

1. A short application video, recorded on your smartphone (max. 3 minutes). The video should include the following:

Introduction: What experience do you have in social media? Why do you want to become part of the Creator Academy? What should we definitely know about you?
Specific content idea(s): What content format would you like to create? What resources are needed (players, locations, etc.)? The range of possible formats is not limited to football, but also includes topics such as fashion, lifestyle, food and more.
Compact overview of your previous content projects, as well as an overview of your social media channels and their reach.
Information about your existing skills and experience with video-editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
