Stade Rennais will be without two important defenders when thet host Toulouse FC on Saturday afternoon.

Jérémy Jacquet suffered a seemingly serious shoulder injury at the start of February and he has not featured since. No return date has been provided by Franck Haise for the defender, who will join Liverpool in the summer.

There is another absence in defence in the form of Przemyslaw Frankowski. His absence could provide Mahamadou Nagida the chance to start for Rennes later today. Breel Embolo, meanwhile, is not expected to start for the Breton club, with the in-form Esteban Lepaul set to lead the line on his own. 

Two January signings, Arnaud Nordin and Sebastien Szymanski, are also expected to start for Les Rennais. Valentin Rongier will captain the side.
