Denzel Dumfries has been on the sidelines since the beginning of November due to a nasty ankle injury.

However, the 29-year-old could be counting his final months in Serie A.

Indeed, the former PSV Eindhoven star could sever ties with Inter next summer when a €25 million release clause comes into effect.

With Dumfries’ future hanging in the balance, Inter have reportedly set their sights on Brooke Norton-Cuffy.

Meanwhile, the former Arsenal starlet has emerged as one of the most highly rated prospects in Serie A.

Furthermore, AC Milan, Juventus, and Everton have all shown interest in the Englishman.

Unfazed by the competition, Inter will try to lure Norton-Cuffy to San Siro if they offload Dumfries, with Genoa expected to make a huge profit.
