Kristjan Asllani is reportedly on the brink of returning to Inter Milan after Torino decided to cancel his loan.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Albanian midfielder has already waved goodbye to the Granata.
Torino sporting director Gianluca Petrachi has ruled the 23-year-old out of Torino’s project.
Furthermore, Marco Baroni’s men have already informed the player of their decision to send him back to San Siro.
However, there’s no place for Kristjan Asllani in Cristian Chivu’s plans for the second half of the season.

Despite making 15 Serie A appearances this season, Asllani has failed to meet Torino’s expectations.
Meanwhile, Cristian Chivu immediately cast the former Empoli playmaker away upon his appointment in June.
Therefore, Asllani’s return to his parent club is not an option.
Parma and Sassuolo have reportedly set their sights on the unsettled midfielder, whose future is now in limbo.
Though a move abroad could be a solution, no foreign side has shown interest in Asllani so far.
