Santos on Monday authorised Robinho Jr. to travel to Italy to handle European passport and residency paperwork, according to Globo.com. The 18-year-old has drawn enquiries from European clubs during the current window.

The trip had been arranged with the club hierarchy several weeks ago. A move this window remains only a possibility.

Robinho Jr. was left out of Sunday’s match against Mirassol for technical reasons.

The Brasileirão fixture at Vila Belmiro finished 1-1.

There is no formal offer on the table for the forward, who has 13 appearances and one goal this season, scored in a friendly against União São João.
