Rodrigo Mora signs for AS Roma from FC Porto in €25 million move

Rodrigo Mora has signed for AS Roma from FC Porto in a €25 million deal, the club said in a statement this morning.

Porto retain 50% of any future sale, a clause Roma can buy out to take full ownership of the player’s rights.

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder leaves the Portuguese champions for the first time, having come through Porto’s academy before making his professional debut.

He recorded five goals and two assists in 44 matches last season.

A Nations League winner with Portugal, Mora will wear number 86 at Roma, the same number he used with the Dragons.
