Lega Serie A confirmed that Roma wing-back Wesley is among six players banned for one match after the 27th round of the 2025-26 Serie A season.

The suspended group comprises Bologna’s Remo Freuler, Fiorentina’s Fabiano Parisi, Cremonese’s Filippo Terracciano, Parma’s Lautaro Valenti, Sassuolo’s Andrea Pinamonti and Wesley.

Wesley received his fifth booking of the campaign in Roma’s 3-3 draw with Juventus, so he will sit out Sunday’s trip to Genoa.

Freuler is suspended for Bologna versus Verona. Parisi and Valenti will both miss Fiorentina against Parma on Sunday. Terracciano is out of Lecce versus Cremonese.

Pinamonti was the only player shown a straight red at the weekend, ruling him out of Sassuolo’s visit to Lazio on Monday.
