Irish illustrator draws our boys by hand

Our new autograph card sets for the 2026/27 season are now available at the Bullshop!

What makes this year’s edition special? Every single player has been individually hand-drawn by Irish illustrator John Sheehan. Instead of standard photos, you’ll find unique digital illustrations of our players - created with meticulous attention to detail to make every card truly special. We deliberately chose not to use AI-generated images!

John has been collaborating with us for several years and has worked on numerous projects involving our Red Bulls. For the autograph card project, John Sheehan even visited Salzburg in person. He got a behind-the-scenes look at the club, visited the Red Bull Arena, and received a jersey signed by the team as a token of our appreciation.

He also documented the creation process of an autograph card in a video. Here, you can see step-by-step how a rough sketch transformed into the finished illustration - using new signing Umut Tohumcu as an example:
