Timothy Chandler signs one-year Eintracht Frankfurt extension | OneFootball

Eintracht Frankfurt confirmed on Thursday, 25 July that Timothy Chandler has signed a one-year contract extension through to summer 2027.

Chandler joined Eintracht at the age of 10 and advanced through every youth level. He has made 199 competitive appearances for the club to date.

The 36-year-old, a former USA international, last featured on Matchday 34 of the most recent Bundesliga season against VfB Stuttgart.

Alongside his playing duties, he will spend the professional training camp gaining insight into different areas of the organisation.

Sporting director Timmo Hardung hailed Chandler as an important player and a valued figure, highlighting his attitude and professionalism as an example to younger team-mates. He also pointed to Chandler’s experience and strong identification with Eintracht, and said the club are pleased to continue together.
