Torino ‘to sign’ Lucas Perri on loan as Leeds close on Nico Elvedi, Bornauw move nears | OneFootball

Leeds United open their Premier League season against Nottingham Forest next weekend, with several moves gathering pace to reshape Daniel Farke’s squad.

According to Sky Sports, Lucas Perri has agreed to join Torino on an initial season-long loan costing €1m, with an option to buy for €14m.

Nico Elvedi is in the UK to complete a transfer to Leeds in the coming days, while Sebastiaan Bornauw is heading to Hamburg after a loan agreement with the German club.

Perri, 28, made 20 appearances in all competitions last season and kept four clean sheets. He is now considered surplus to requirements following James Trafford’s arrival.

After Saturday’s match, Farke said business is not completely done and he must be cautious. He left Bornauw on the bench to avoid distraction, and stressed nothing is sealed until medicals are completed and contracts are signed.
