UEFA announce hosts for major 2028 and 2029 European finals

UEFA has announced the venues for some of the major finals to be played in 2028 and 2029 across five of its competitions.

The European football governing body announced the hosts for the major finals following a meeting in Greece today

Starting with the men's Champions League final the Munich Football Arena, or the Allianz Arena, home of Bayern Munich will host the 2028 final with Barcelona's Camp Nou hosting in 2029.

The Women's Champions League, Parc Olympique Lyonnais (or the Groupama Stadium) will host in 2028 with Cardiff hosting the following season at the Millennium Stadium. The Women's Europa Cup venues have yet to be revealed.

Meanwhile in the Europa League, the National Arena (Arena Națională) in Bucharest hosts in 2028 before 2029 is held in the currently under construction National Stadium in Belgrade.

Italy will host the 2028 Conference League final at the Juventus Stadium in Turin with the Puskás Aréna in Budapest taking it the year after.

Finally, the UEFA Super Cup will be held in Johan Cruyff ArenA in Amsterdam in 2027 before the 2028 game is held in Kazakhstan at the Astana Arena.
